Laxman Pai currently serves as a Technical Lead at DIAGNAL, responsible for the design and delivery of scalable web applications while ensuring high-performance user experiences and adherence to engineering best practices. Previously, Laxman held roles as a Senior Software Engineer, orchestrating modularized architectures and advanced state management systems. Prior experience includes positions as Software Engineer II and I at Concerto AI, where Laxman designed scalable UI modules and managed end-to-end UI projects, as well as work as a Frontend Engineer at Zinier, focusing on web-based no-code tools. Laxman began a career as a Software Engineer at AriveGuru Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd and as a Full Stack Programmer at Flutura Decision Sciences & Analytics, showcasing a strong foundation in various technologies. Laxman holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Canara Engineering College.
