Michael Hickman

Michael Hickman is a Global Culture, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Wellbeing Director, currently serving as a Diversity and Inclusion Committee Member at Police Now and the Founder of Enso Inclusion. They have previously held significant roles as Head of Inclusion at the Department of Health and Social Care and the Department for Transport, where they developed and implemented impactful diversity strategies.
