Movell Dash is an accomplished professional in the field of Diversity and Inclusion, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Modas Personal Development since September 2018, where the focus is on creating safe spaces for growth and transformation for C-Suite and senior leadership teams. As Co-Founder of AVA Analytics in 2023 and a member of the DIAL Global Steering Council since August 2020, Movell Dash aims to foster an open, diverse, and inclusive society. Additionally, Movell Dash holds the position of Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at Executive Science, while previously serving as Interim Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion and other roles at Unity Technologies. Experience at the Financial Conduct Authority and HMRC has further honed strategic direction and implementation of effective D&I initiatives. Movell Dash possesses an LLB Hons in Law from the University of Westminster.
