Ray Dempsey

Ray Dempsey is the Founder and Principal of Dempsey Inclusion Group LLC, where expertise from over 30 years in corporate environments is utilized to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion for C-Suite executives. Dempsey has previously served as the Group Chief Diversity Officer at Barclays and as Chief Diversity Officer at BP, where strategic initiatives were implemented to transform workforce dynamics, community partnerships, and supplier diversity. Dempsey also held roles such as VP & Head of External Affairs and VP of Government & Public Affairs at BP, overseeing philanthropic efforts and advocating for the company's interests. Dempsey holds an MBA in Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University. Currently, Dempsey is involved as a Special Advisory Board Member at DIAL Global.
