Phil Grosdidier has worked in the industry for over 35 years. Phil began their career at AT&T in 1984, where they served as a District Manager and E-Business Consultant. In 2000, they moved to NetEffect as Practice Lead for Contact Center Consulting. In 2001, they became President of Dial Interactive.
Phil Grosdidier attended Kansas State University from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Phil then attended the University of Kansas Graduate School of Business from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Master of Business Administration.
