Greg Thomas

Greg has over 30 years’ experience in international business and started his career as a solicitor for one of the leading banking firms in the City of London. He has worked in Brussels for DG XIII of the European Commission advising on the legal framework for electronic data interchange, in Geneva for a large privately owned diversified banking, real estate, shipping, oil and industrial group and has run, and then led a management buyout of, a boutique business and commercial aviation air carrier. With over 25 years of experience in the aviation markets, Greg has a breadth of high level contacts and experience in private equity, financing, leasing, operating and the supply chain in the aerospace industry.

He has served in board positions, including as Chairman, in various privately held companies in several European jurisdictions and in the US. He is a former board member of Geneva International Airport, the European Business Aviation Association, the Wings Club of New York and was the founding Chairman of its European Chapter. Greg is still a practising UK solicitor and has served and continues to serve as general counsel to a number of privately held companies.
