Mark Simpson

Mark Simpson joined Dial Partners LLP in 2016. Mark is a UK qualified solicitor with over 30 years’ experience as a lawyer in private practice, industry and investment banking.

He trained and qualified in the City of London and has worked to partner level in private practice in M&A and corporate/commercial law in the UK and overseas. Mark has held senior in-house positions with UK and US companies in the energy and real estate industries, as well as Head of Legal with the principal finance division of a global investment bank in London.

Mark has extensive experience of working with and advising both established and start-up companies across a range of sectors, including commercial real estate, aviation and airport development, travel and leisure, renewable energy and technology/IP commercialisation.
