Leading a people-first and technology-driven operation, Laura develops personalized customer experience solutions for Fintechs and payment organizations across Europe, the US, and MENA. Additionally, Laura acts as Director at Mismex Ltd, focusing on property services and investments with over 25 years of experience in this sector. Previous roles include Head of Product for EMEA at EML, where strategic direction for payment products was established, and Head of Operations at Flex-e-card, a leading provider of prepaid shopping solutions. Laura’s career also includes significant contributions to public sector clients and a marketing executive role at Corus UK. Laura holds a BA(Hons) in Marketing Management from Northumbria University.
