Allen Biegel

Allen Biegel is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in operations and national accounts. They co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer at E2C Technology from 2018 to 2024, and held various leadership roles, including Director of Project Management at Larson Binkley, Inc. from 1993 to 2007 and Director of National Accounts at Lynxspring from 2007 to 2014. Allen was also President of Connexx Energy, Inc. from 2017 to 2018 and has been serving as Senior Project Manager at Dialectic since 2025. They earned a degree in Engineering from Finlay Engineering College between 1987 and 1991.
