Nikki R. Probert is the current VP and Director of Design at Dialectic Engineering. Nikki has been in the design industry for 29 years and 5 months, specializing in plumbing design. Nikki got their start in college, where they majored in painting and printmaking. A few years later, Nikki and their family moved to Kansas City, where they began working for Larson Binkley. It was at Larson Binkley that Nikki received training in plumbing design. Since then, Nikki has designed plumbing systems for restaurants, schools, retail stores, office buildings, banks, and other types of buildings. In addition to their design work, Nikki also performs quality control review and daily management of the plumbing department.
