Alessandro Buser

Alessandro Buser is currently the Head of Engineering at Dialectic. Alessandro has also co-founded AlphaHash, where they served as the CTO from December 2020 to August 2022. Prior to that, they were the Lead Rust Developer at IOT2TANGLE from October 2020 to January 2021. Alessandro also has experience as a Senior Technology Advisor, having worked at Sanostro from July 2020 to April 2021 and Blockchain Valley Ventures from April 2018 to June 2021. Additionally, they have also served on the Board of Directors at Dialectic Atelier AG. Alessandro Buser has also independently developed games from January 2013 to December 2017.

They work with Jethro Geyser - Head of People and Culture, Michal Majchrzak - Senior Software Developer, and Whitney Black - Head of Personal Management. Alessandro Buser reports to Ryan Zurrer, Founder and Managing Director.
