Tom Coxon

Tom Coxon is an Operations Leader and Talent Development Director at Dialectica, where they focus on building high-performance organizations and developing talent. Previously, they served as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, collaborating with executive leaders on talent strategy, culture, and organizational change. Tom founded the Chinese Cultural Exchange Society to enhance social cohesion among students and has held various leadership roles, including managing a summer camp for Chinese students and tutoring at the college level. They earned a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Oxford, where they also completed an MChem with top honors.
