Stephen Arnold

Stephen Arnold is the current Managing Director at Dialectyx, and has over 20 years of experience in corporate performance management. Stephen originally founded Softa in 1986, which was then purchased by Deloitte Consulting in 1998. Stephen became a global partner with responsibility for Strategic Enterprise Management and Financial and Performance Management. In 2004, Softa was then purchased by IBM Cognos and Stephen became the Vice President. Finally, in 2006, Stephen re-established Softa as the Founder & Managing Director, where they have continued to focus the company's efforts on Performance Management.

Stephen Arnold has a MSc with Distinction in Digital Systems from the University of Hertfordshire, and a BSc (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Aston.
