Neil Halstead has extensive experience in the construction and project management sectors, currently serving as an Associate Director at Diales, specializing in Expert Witness services since 2022. Previously, Neil worked as a consultant and Senior Consultant, actively participating in various high-profile projects across multiple countries, including Australia, Slovakia, and the UAE. They hold a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with First Class Honors in Quantity Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University and a Masters in Law (LLM) in Construction Law and Arbitration with Distinction from Robert Gordon University. Additionally, Neil is recognized as a RICS Registered Expert Witness and has held roles in organizations such as Systech International and Balfour Beatty.
