Heather Cleverley

Heather Cleverley, MBA, SSM, POPM, currently serves as a Senior Quality Engineer at Dialexa, an IBM Company, since January 2023. Prior to this role, Heather was a Senior Program Manager at USAA Life Insurance Company from September 2020 to January 2023. Heather's extensive experience includes multiple positions at Workforce Solutions of the Coastal Bend between August 2012 and September 2020, including roles as an Accountant, Executive Coordinator to the President/CEO, and Program and Logistics Specialist. Heather's accounting responsibilities encompassed accounts payable and receivable, payroll, procurement, inventory tracking and reconciliation, travel and logistics, and training coordination. Heather earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2019.
