Steve Vandehey

Steve Vandehey currently serves as Sr. Partner and Head of Growth at Dialexa, an IBM Company, since January 2020, where the focus is on delivering custom design and technology solutions. Prior to Dialexa, Steve was the Senior Vice President of Solutions & Delivery at Trovo from April to November 2019. Steve's extensive experience also includes a tenure as Vice President at Hitachi Consulting, leading the Solutions & Innovations team for the Americas Region from 2006 to 2019. Earlier in their career, Steve held the role of Director at Navigator Systems, Inc. for over a decade and worked as a Systems Developer at MGIC and as a Consultant at Andersen Consulting. Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, earned between 1986 and 1990.
