DIALI vzw is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing ambitious and talented kids with opportunities to realize their dreams.

Mission Statement
Harness the transformative power of sports to uplift young athletes, offering them opportunities to grow, showcase their talents, and gain life-changing experiences through both local and international programs.

Vision Statement
To become a catalyst for youth empowerment by unlocking global opportunities through sports, inspiring future generations to break barriers and achieve their full potential.

We strive for social inclusion, personal development, and equal opportunities and operates without the intent of making a profit. The association embraces the motto: "Mens sana in corpore sano" – a healthy mind in a healthy body, emphasizing the important connection between physical and mental development.

One of DIALI’s key initiatives is the Dream Big Tournament, a football competition for gifted and driven youngsters aged 13-18. The inaugural edition, held in partnership with the City of Ghent at Blaarmeersen on September 1, 2024, aimed to offer these aspiring professionals a platform to showcase their skills in front of influential figures such as licensed agents, scouts, and coaches.
We aim to expand this tournament into a global event, offering children worldwide the chance to demonstrate their abilities on an equal footing.
