They have a robust background in sales operations and product development within the electrical manufacturing industry, focusing on delivering innovative, maintenance-free lighting solutions. Andy’s expertise is complemented by a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona. Previously, they held managerial roles at QED, Ericson Manufacturing, and Gexpro, leading teams to achieve critical sales and operational targets. As a member of Dialight's Global Product Strategy Board, Andy is instrumental in shaping product strategy and innovation.
