Caryn Hoang has a diverse background in program coordination, usability research, and human factors engineering. Beginning with an internship at Project MotiVATe, Caryn gained experience in event coordination and social media outreach while fostering youth engagement. Subsequent roles at California State University, Long Beach involved extensive research evaluating digital accessibility and enhancing web usability through various technologies. As a Human Factors Engineer Intern at Clinical Input, Inc., and now as a Systems Validation Engineer at Diality, Caryn continues to apply expertise in human factors principles.
