Matthew Wilson is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Diality since November 2025. Previously, Matthew held various roles at Envista Holdings Corporation, culminating in the position of Vice President of Human Resources, and Director of Human Resources, where a global workforce of over 13,000 was supported. Matthew spent several years at BIOLASE as Vice President of Human Resources, leading HR for a global dental laser manufacturing leader.
