Sheila Holley

Sheila Holley has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sheila most recently served as the Human Resources Director at Diality, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at CoreLogic as a Principal, HRBP from June 2022 to June 2023. Sheila also held positions at Behr Paint Company, where they served as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead from October 2021 to June 2022, and as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from July 2019 to June 2022. Before that, they were the Director of Human Resources at WorldStage, Inc. from October 2018 to June 2019. Sheila's work experience also includes a role as a Senior Human Resources Manager at TCL Communication from August 2015 to July 2018. With their background and expertise in HR, they bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to their current role at Diality.

Sheila Holley, MBA, MS earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Human Resources from California State University-Dominguez Hills from 2008 to 2010. Sheila later obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from Strayer University between 2013 and 2016, followed by a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Strayer University from 2016 to 2018.
