Michael Webb is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and customer experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Strategic Account Management in the Retail Vertical at Dialog Direct, Michael has previously held leadership roles at Unisys as Customer Experience Manager and at Hewlett-Packard as Global Account Delivery Manager, Site Manager for Pontiac Service Desk, and Staff Augmentation Leader.
