Crystal Blanton

Crystal Blanton is a seasoned structural engineer with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as a Senior Structural Engineer and Associate at DIALOG since September 2025. Prior to this, Crystal worked at Kimley-Horn as a Practice Builder and Structural Engineer from October 2022 to September 2025. Crystal's notable experience includes being the Principal and Managing Partner at Pangolin Structural LLC from November 2014 to October 2022, as well as serving as the Structural Platform Lead at M+W Group between January 2012 and May 2015. Crystal also held a Senior Associate position at Paragon Structural Design, Inc. from February 2006 to January 2012 and began the career as a Structural Designer at Hope Furrer Associates, Inc. from June 2001 to February 2006. Crystal holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University, completed between 1996 and 2001.
