Devon Gracey

Devon Gracey, CHRL, serves as the People & Culture (HR) Manager at DIALOG since June 2012, overseeing HR programs for the Toronto studio, including recruitment, performance development, and employee relations. With a strong focus on coaching culture, Devon has led full-cycle recruiting and hired over 100 employees in two years while actively participating in local and national Health and Safety Committees. Previous roles include HR Generalist and National Learning & Development Specialist at DIALOG, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations management, training program development, and compliance with AODA requirements. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Hilton Niagara Falls and HR Administrator at Hydac. Devon holds several educational credentials including a Certificate in Adult Learning & Development from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Niagara College.
