Noeline Tharshan is an experienced building performance consultant currently at DIALOG since November 2022, previously holding the role of Sustainability Co-op Student at the same company from May to July 2022. Prior to DIALOG, Noeline worked as an Energy Consultant at RWDI from January 2020 to May 2022, focusing on creating energy models for various project phases across multi-residential, commercial, and institutional sectors. Noeline's experience also includes serving as a Technical Designer at Kearns Mancini Architects Inc. from September 2018 to December 2019, contributing to the Passive House team by producing permit and tender drawings, detailing, and coordinating with clients and consultants. Earlier experience includes an Architectural Co-op Student position at ward99 architects in 2017. Noeline completed a Master of Building Science at Toronto Metropolitan University and holds a Bachelor of Architectural Science from Ryerson University.
