Cathie Beerman

Cathie Beerman is currently the Legal Affairs and Corporate Governance Manager at Dialogue, specializing in corporate secretarial and governance matters for the Board of Directors and executive management since April 2023. Prior to this role, Cathie served as the Corporate Governance & Legal Affairs Coordinator at the Canadian Public Accountability Board (CPAB), providing support to the legal department and the Board of Directors from September 2021 to April 2023. Cathie also held the position of Legal & Compliance Coordinator at Canadian Tire Financial Services, where compliance support was provided across financial services and retail sectors between March 2020 and September 2021. Previous roles include Corporate Support Sales Representative and Corporate Sales & Retention Representative at Canadian Tire Corporation and Canadian Tire Financial Services, as well as a Litigation Associate (Student Placement) with a Private Criminal Lawyer. Cathie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brock University and an Accelerated Paralegal Post Graduate Certificate from Centennial College.
