Matthew Rome

Matthew Rome has extensive experience in the corporate development and investment banking sectors. Matthew currently holds the position of Senior Director of Corporate Development at Dialogue, a leading Canadian virtual care provider. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at Dialogue from 2021 to 2023. Before joining Dialogue, they worked as a Director at Origin Merchant Partners, an independent investment bank, from 2014 to 2021. Matthew also has experience as a Vice President in Corporate & Investment Banking at BMO Capital Markets from 2013 to 2014, and as a Vice President and Associate in Investment Banking at Cormark Securities from 2007 to 2013.

Matthew Rome attended Wilfrid Laurier University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
