Melissa Trottier

Melissa Trottier has extensive work experience in customer base sales, customer success, and account management. Melissa currently holds the position of National Director, Customer Base Sales at Dialogue since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director, Customer Success at Dialogue from February 2022 to July 2022. Before joining Dialogue, Melissa worked at Morneau Shepell in various roles, including Senior Manager, Account Management and Senior Account Manager, EAP. Melissa started their career at Tracom Inc. as an Intervenante.

Melissa Trottier holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology from McGill University. Melissa also obtained a Certificate (Cert.) in Criminology from Université de Montréal. In 2015, they received the Workplace Mental Health LeadershipTM certification from Queen's University.
