Alan Bush

Alan Bush has extensive experience in project management, customer success, and community engagement across various roles in the technology and healthcare sectors. At Dialpad, Alan serves as the Revenue Enablement Program Manager and Sales Project Manager, focusing on customer relationships throughout the proof of concept and deployment phases. Prior to Dialpad, Alan worked at Rackspace as a Technical Community Manager, where significant achievements included developing a support model for 700,000 customers, increasing user membership and content, and producing educational video content. Additional roles include implementation consultant at Central Desktop and junior project manager at Employers Health Network, complemented by a background as a Data Processor and Information Specialist. Alan's educational foundation was established at the University of Central Missouri.
