Andrew Paugh is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leading and building software development teams. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Dialpad since February 2017, Andrew oversees a 35+ person engineering functional area responsible for critical services in the product division. Previous roles at Dialpad include Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager, focusing on integration and development platforms, as well as customer-facing integrations. Prior to Dialpad, Andrew worked at Microsoft as a Software Engineer II, contributing to Azure Media Services and Microsoft Stream, and also had an internship as a Software Development Engineer Intern at the same company. Andrew's career began at Dynamsoft as a Programmer developing an OCR add-on. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Zhejiang University.
