Colby Nish

Colby Nish currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Dialpad, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Colby held several key positions at Zoom from August 2019 to June 2025, including Head of Americas Sales, Channel & Marketing, where leadership extended over a team of more than 700 and encompassed go-to-market strategies across various sectors. Colby also played a pivotal role in establishing the global sales organization for Zoom Phone and Contact Center. Earlier career experience includes substantial roles at Cisco from April 2010 to August 2019, where responsibilities included leading go-to-market strategies for the Americas Collaboration business and managing a significant video collaboration portfolio. Colby founded Pareto Training, focusing on sales acceleration, and holds an MBA from Regis University and an Executive Education certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
