John Beach

John Beach has extensive experience in technical support and program management within the telecommunications and collaboration technology sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Support Representative at Dialpad since June 2016, John has been with Cisco since October 2011, fulfilling the role of Program Manager for the Cisco Collaboration Experience Program. In this capacity, responsibilities include the design, configuration, and implementation of hosted collaboration services as well as managing customer demonstration requests. John's previous roles include Network Architect at VirtuDataCenter, Inc., Network Application Engineer II at tw telecom, inc., Solutions Engineer at US LEC, and Network Engineer II at Nortel Networks. John holds a degree from East Carolina University - College of Business and has a strong background in designing and managing voice and data networks.
