Jonas Robertson

Jonas Robertson is an experienced professional in speech recognition and education. Currently serving as the Manager of Speech Recognition at Dialpad since April 2018, Jonas has held various roles in the company, including Speech Recognition Tech Lead and Speech Engineer. Prior to joining Dialpad, Jonas worked as a Speech Engineer at TalkIQ, which was acquired by Dialpad. Earlier in the career, Jonas contributed as a Research Editor at Yonsei University College of Medicine, focusing on biomedical research publications, and held positions as an English Teacher at the Gangwon Provincial Office of Education and the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, where responsibilities included curriculum implementation and teacher coordination. Jonas holds a Master of Science in Speech and Language Processing from The University of Edinburgh, a Master's degree in TEFL/TESL from the University of Birmingham, and a Bachelor of Music in Music Technology from McGill University.
