Justin Jasmann

Justin Jasmann is an accomplished engineering manager and lead specializing in Android development, currently at Dialpad since August 2019. With a strong focus on team growth, Justin expanded the development team from 3 to 12 members while fostering a people-first culture. Prior experience includes roles as a senior software developer at Encircle and senior Android engineer at Ever AI, where Justin successfully launched significant applications and implemented innovative technologies. Justin's extensive background encompasses contributions to OpenText Corporation, BlackBerry, and Avaya Inc., demonstrating expertise across various software development fields. An alumnus of Queen's University with a Bachelor of Computing in Software Design, Justin has also undergone specialized training in web page authoring from Loyalist College.
