Ken W.

Ken W. is an accomplished AI, collaboration, and channel thought leader with over 20 years of experience in technical UCaaS and CCaaS pre-sales, management, and support. They have held senior leadership roles at companies such as Fuze and Zoom, where they developed global partner programs and significantly improved operational efficiencies. Ken has proven their ability to manage diverse teams and engage effectively with customers, leading initiatives that boosted revenue growth and channel success. They hold a BA in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as two master's degrees—one in Project and Program Management from Brandeis University and another in Liberal Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Currently, Ken is the Global Director of Channel Programs at Dialpad.
