Mikee Yarza is a seasoned professional in renewals management with extensive experience in customer retention and revenue growth across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Team Lead and Senior Renewals Manager at Dialpad since February 2023, Mikee oversees the Philippines Renewals and Operations team, focusing on ensuring smooth contract renewals and identifying upsell opportunities.
