Roy Galang

Roy Galang currently serves as the Manager of Onboarding at Dialpad, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Roy Galang worked at ConnectWise from November 2018 to May 2023, first as Manager of Onboarding and Consulting and then as Supervisor of Onboarding and Consulting. Prior to ConnectWise, Roy Galang was an Account Manager at Pacific Market International from January 2017 to October 2018, where responsibilities included serving as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing client communications, conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with deliverables. From July 2008 to January 2017, Roy Galang held the position of Senior Technical Support Engineer at Emerson Automation Solutions, focusing on project management and stakeholder communication. Earlier experience includes working as a Supply Chain Specialist and Sales Supervisor at Influent Philippines from November 2006 to July 2008. Roy Galang earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Rizal Technological University from 1998 to 2004.
