Shannon Ashley

Shannon Ashley is a seasoned design professional currently serving as a Staff Product Designer at Dialpad since September 2024. Shannon previously worked as Design Lead at Surfboard from April 2022 until its acquisition by Dialpad in September 2024. Earlier experience includes roles as a Product Designer at Bulb, a Visual Designer at PwC in the London Experience Centre focusing on inclusive design, and a Senior Designer at Idea Couture Inc., co-leading projects for notable clients. Shannon began the career as a Graphic Designer and Marketing Executive at CECOP International and has also freelanced as an Illustrator and Graphic Designer. Educational background includes degrees in Illustration and Visual Media from the University of the Arts London and BTEC Advanced Media and Film Studies from Bedford College.
