Wyn Merchant is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in branding and design. Currently serving as Creative Director at Dialpad since September 2021, Wyn has held various roles including Associate Creative Director and Senior Brand & Conversion Designer. Previously, Wyn worked as Senior Brand & Conversion Designer at RingCentral and Senior Brand Designer at Brandfolder, leading innovative marketing initiatives and establishing cohesive brand identities. During a tenure at Vertafore, Wyn directed a team to execute a significant rebranding effort and develop a comprehensive marketing strategy. Wyn began a design career at HDG Design Group, Inc., managing projects from concept through production. Wyn holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Visual Communications from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
