Neubert is the Chief Executive Officer of Diamond Antenna and Microwave Corp, a role held since 2025.
Neubert previously served as President of Intelligent RF Solutions from 2021 to 2025.
Neubert also held engineering and leadership roles at several companies, including Lockheed Martin (Senior Engineer, 1990-1996), General Dynamics Robotic Systems (Senior Engineer, 1996-1998), Advanced Measurement Solutions (Lead Engineer, 1998-2000), Becton Dickinson (Principal Engineer, 2000-2006), and Cobham Defense Electronic Systems (M/A-Com SIGINT Products Inc.) as General Manager (2006-2013).
Neubert is pursuing a BSEE at the University of Maryland College Park.
