Eric Sirott

Eric Sirott is a Senior Metrology Engineer at Diamond Foundry since September 2021, where significant contributions include the development of a dislocation density measurement library and conducting failure analysis on diamond-to-silicon alloy bonding. Previously, Sirott worked as an Applications Development Engineer at KLA, demonstrating defect review systems and crafting customer-specific recipes. As a Student Researcher at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Sirott co-authored a publication, further solidifying expertise in materials science. An engineering internship at Samsung Austin Semiconductor involved statistical process analysis and the creation of a data reduction tool in Excel. Sirott holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
