Michael Baier is an experienced plant manager and maintenance manager with a robust history in the power generation industry. Currently serving as the Plant Manager at Diamond Generating Corporation since July 2022, Michael previously held key management roles at EthosEnergy and QUAIL Run Energy Center, overseeing maintenance operations for combined-cycle power generation facilities. With over two decades of leadership experience, including positions at PurEnergy I, LLC and various roles at US Generating/PG&E NEG/NEGT, Michael has consistently ensured safe, reliable, and efficient electricity production while adhering to regulatory requirements. Prior experience includes service management at Indeck Energy Services and mechanical roles in the US Navy and United States Marine Corps. Michael holds a high school diploma from Montrose Area High School.
