Paul Shepard

Paul Shepard has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Paul began their career at Fluor as a Process Engineer, where they gained project management skills and technical expertise. Paul then joined Fluor again as a Financial Analyst in the Project Development & Finance Group.

Paul later joined Constellation Energy, where they held various roles including Financial Manager, Director of Finance, Director - Asset Operations, and Vice President of Commercial Operations. In these positions, they handled commercial and financial management issues for multiple power projects, focusing on transforming projects to improve financial performance.

Currently, Paul is working at Diamond Generating Corporation as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Portfolio & Asset Management.
