Ed Noack

Ed Noack specializes in integrated supply chain, M&A, manufacturing, and engineering. Noack served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Diamond Infrastructure Solutions from 2023 to 2025. Noack led a global team of project managers and subject matter experts to implement projects for The Dow Chemical Company as Global Partner, Dow Diamond Value Chain Consulting (2010–2012) and held Six Sigma Black Belt responsibilities as a project manager for MAIC projects. Noack held the role of Director – Global Supply Chain Improvement at Dow Chemical from 2008 to 2011, and served as Mergers and Acquisitions Director at Dow from 2011 to 2023. Noack earned an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business (2002–2004) and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston (1989–1993).
