Daniel Allin

Daniel Allin is the Chief Product & Innovation Officer at Diamond Logistics. Daniel has over 10 years of experience in the logistics industry, and has held various managerial positions during their career.

Allin started their career as an Area Sales Executive at Rico Logistics in September 2008. Daniel was responsible for the smooth transition of clients from Expert Distribution to Rico Logistics. This role later developed into a new sales and business development position. In January 2010, they were tasked with the creation of a business plan to help Aktrion break into the logistics market. After successfully presenting this business plan to the board of directors, they were involved in the operational and sales implementation stage. Innovative new ideas gave Aktrion the platform to competitively enter the express parcel sector.

In April 2011, Allin became a Self Employed Consultant and started their own company, DA Consultancy. Daniel provided consultancy services to various businesses in the logistics industry for a year before joining Diamond Logistics as the National Logistics Manager in February 2012. Daniel was promoted to their current position of Chief Product & Innovation Officer in 2013.

Allin’s experience and expertise in the logistics industry have helped Diamond Logistics become one of the leading express parcel delivery companies in the UK.

Daniel Allin has a background in advanced business studies from Teignmouth Community College. Daniel also has certification from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Australia as a Chartered Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. In addition, they have certification from the Institute of Couriers (IOC) as a Fellow of the Institute of Couriers.
