Sean Hails is a results-oriented leader with extensive experience in winemaking and operations within the wine and beverage alcohol industry. They have served as GM of Winemaking and Operations at Columbia Winery and Hogue Cellars from 2012 to 2023, overseeing all aspects from grape to glass, and managed multi-million dollar budgets. Currently, they own Bunch 2 Bottle Wine Consultants, LLC and hold the position of Sr. Director of Food Safety and QA/QC at Diamond Foods, LLC. Sean began their career as a Winemaker at Andres Wines/Peller Estates from 1991 to 2005 and has worked at various notable wineries throughout their career, consistently driving continuous improvement and innovation in winemaking. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Guelph.
