Segun Ogunmola is a seasoned ITSM professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Senior ITSM Consultant for Diamondpick, focused on Rogers Communications since May 2022. Prior to this role, Segun was the ITSM Lead at Tata Consultancy Services for ENMAX Corporation from September 2019 to April 2022. Segun's career also includes significant contributions at FirstBank Nigeria, where responsibilities included Lead for Incident and Problem Management and IT Change Manager from December 2007 to March 2019.
