Daniel Rojas

Daniel Rojas has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Daniel is currently working at DiaMonTech AG as a Mechatronics Engineer. Before that, they were a Mechanical Design Engineer at Finetech from April 2018 to June 2020. Daniel also worked as a Hardware and Electronics Engineer (Freelance) at ENWAY from June 2017 to July 2019, where they provided mechanical and electrical design, integration, and troubleshooting for autonomous service vehicles.

Daniel has also gained experience as a Machine Vision Engineer and Mechanical Design Engineer at PROAUT Technology GmbH from January 2015 to January 2018. From 1995 to 2007, they attended Colegio Alemán Alexander von Humboldt in Mexico City and obtained their Abitur.

Starting in 2007 until 2014, they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics and Microsystems Engineering at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and received a Diploma (Dipl.-Ing.).

From 2013 to 2014, they participated in a 6-month exchange program at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where they worked on their Diploma Thesis. During this time, they focused on developing a jumping robot using soft pneumatic actuators.

In 2011, they attended Naganuma Tokyo School of Japanese Language for a brief period to study Japanese Language, although no degree was obtained.
