Rajiv Roy

Rajiv Roy is currently the Technical Support Manager for the APAC Region at Diatron Medical Instruments. Previously, they served as the Technical Manager for India and the Middle East at Fapon Biotech Inc., and the Senior Regional Service Manager at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics in India, where they led a team focused on customer satisfaction and service efficiency. Rajiv's extensive experience in service management includes roles at Johnson & Johnson and Transasia Bio-Medicals Ltd., demonstrating a commitment to improving service operations and team competency. They have pursued higher education, including an Executive Management program at XLRI Jamshedpur, and are currently studying Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and Computer Hardware Engineering.
