Geethu Thomas

Geethu Thomas is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a notable background in the edtech, logistics, and supply chain industries. They began their career as a Physics Lecturer and Educator, contributing significantly to the International Baccalaureate authorization at Candor International School. Geethu has held leadership roles in various companies, including as the People and Culture Lead at TagHive Inc. and the HR Manager at TruckEasy and StayQrious, where they successfully expanded the workforce. Currently, they serve as the Head of People & Culture at Dibber while also holding a PGDM Executive in Human Resources. Geethu earned a Master's degree in Physics from Christ University, Bangalore, where they were recognized as the university topper and gold medalist.
